Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that in some cases you may want to return an item. This is possible under the following conditions:

You must pay for the return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

You can initiate a return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. 

·         Products Returned After 14 Days
Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than
14 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.

·         Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be
refunded. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item, replace it with a new one and refund the shipping cost. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges and Replacements

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for the orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item. For assistance, please contact us.


Since our packages are quite small, we ship with Swiss Post A-Priority. Shipping to Switzerland and for orders over $ 60 is free! Orders under $60 ship for only $4.95 to most destinations.
We ship
the items within 2 business days after you place your order. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.

Please note, delivery dates may vary according to the shipping destination.

We will not be responsible for merchandise that were lost in the midst of normal postage delivery.

If you discover damage or a defect after delivery, contact us. We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we may:

  • Authorize a return.
  • Provide a replacement.
  • Arrange a repair or replacement for an item.
